This patch adds the definition of VIRTIO_F_NOTIF_CONFIG_DATA feature bit in the relevant header file. This feature indicates that the driver uses the data provided by the device as a virtqueue identifier in available buffer notifications. virtio: add VIRTIO_F_NOTIFICATION_DATA feature support

According to VirtIO spec v1.2, VIRTIO_F_NOTIFICATION_DATA feature indicates that the driver passes extra data along with the queue notifications. In a split queue case, the extra data is 16-bit available index. In a packed queue case, the extra data is 1-bit wrap counter and 15-bit available index. Add support for this feature for MMIO, channel I/O and modern PCI transports. virtio: support VIRTIO_F_ORDER_PLATFORM

This patch introduces the support for VIRTIO_F_ORDER_PLATFORM. If this feature is negotiated, the driver must use the barriers suitable for hardware devices. Otherwise, the device and driver are assumed to be implemented in software, that is they can be assumed to run on identical CPUs in an SMP configuration. Thus a weaker form of memory barriers is sufficient to yield better performance. It is recommended that an add-in card based PCI device offers this feature for portability.
