The unpacked union within a packed struct generates alignment warnings
on clang for 32-bit ARM:

./usr/include/linux/hyperv.h:361:2: error: field  within 'struct hv_kvp_exchg_msg_value'
  is less aligned than 'union hv_kvp_exchg_msg_value::(anonymous at ./usr/include/linux/hyperv.h:361:2)'
  and is usually due to 'struct hv_kvp_exchg_msg_value' being packed,
  which can lead to unaligned accesses [-Werror,-Wunaligned-access]
     361 |         union {
         |         ^

With the recent changes to compile-test the UAPI headers in more cases,
this warning in combination with CONFIG_WERROR breaks the build.

Fix the warning.

The VSS driver allocates a VMbus receive buffer significantly
larger than sizeof(hv_vss_msg), with no explanation. To help
prevent future mistakes, add a #define and comment about why
this is done.

No functional change.

There is no user of anything in uuid.h in the hyperv.h. Replace it with
more appropriate types.h.

The uuid_le mistakenly comes to be an UAPI type. Since it's luckily not used by
Hyper-V APIs, we may replace with POD types, i.e. __u8 array.

Note, previously shared uuid_be had been removed from UAPI few releases ago.
This is a continuation of that process towards removing uuid_le one.

Note, there is no ABI change!

<title>License cleanup: add SPDX license identifier to uapi header files with a license</title>

Many user space API headers have licensing information, which is either
incomplete, badly formatted or just a shorthand for referring to the
license under which the file is supposed to be.  This makes it hard for
compliance tools to determine the correct license.

Update these files with an SPDX license identifier.  The identifier was
chosen based on the license information in the file.

GPL/LGPL licensed headers get the matching GPL/LGPL SPDX license
identifier with the added 'WITH Linux-syscall-note' exception, which is
the officially assigned exception identifier for the kernel syscall
exception:

   NOTE! This copyright does *not* cover user programs that use kernel
   services by normal system calls - this is merely considered normal use
   of the kernel, and does *not* fall under the heading of "derived work".

This exception makes it possible to include GPL headers into non GPL
code, without confusing license compliance tools.

Headers which have either explicit dual licensing or are just licensed
under a non GPL license are updated with the corresponding SPDX
identifier and the GPLv2 with syscall exception identifier.  The format
is:
        ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR SPDX-ID-OF-OTHER-LICENSE)

SPDX license identifiers are a legally binding shorthand, which can be
used instead of the full boiler plate text.  The update does not remove
existing license information as this has to be done on a case by case
basis and the copyright holders might have to be consulted. This will
happen in a separate step.

This patch is based on work done by Thomas Gleixner and Kate Stewart and
Philippe Ombredanne.  See the previous patch in this series for the
methodology of how this patch was researched.

Currently some "Unspecified error 0x80004005" is reported on the Windows
side if something fails. Handle the ENOSPC case and return
ERROR_DISK_FULL, which allows at least Copy-VMFile to report a meaning
full error.

An attempt to fix fcopy on i586 (bc5a5b0 Drivers: hv: util: Properly pack the data
for file copy functionality) led to a regression on x86_64 (and actually didn't fix
i586 breakage). Fcopy messages from Hyper-V host come in the following format:

struct do_fcopy_hdr   |   36 bytes
0000                  |    4 bytes
offset                |    8 bytes
size                  |    4 bytes
data                  | 6144 bytes

On x86_64 struct hv_do_fcopy matched this format without ' __attribute__((packed))'
and on i586 adding ' __attribute__((packed))' to it doesn't change anything. Keep
the structure packed and add padding to match re reality. Tested both i586 and x86_64
on Hyper-V Server 2012 R2.
