It is possible that SDCAs devices might have multiple functions of
the same type, as the entity names within a function are defined by
the specification it is very likely such a device will have duplicate
entities. This causes problems where DAIs and ALSA controls end up
with clashing names.

This can be handled by adding the function address into the names to
ensure uniqueness, although, ideally this would have been included from
the start. User-space already has UCM using the current control names,
so as a compromise the first function of a given type will use the
raw entity names, then duplicates will get an added function address.

Use the auxiliary bus to register/unregister subdevices for each
function. Each function will be handled with a separate driver,
matched using a name.

If a vendor wants to override a specific function driver, they could
use a custom name to match with a custom function driver.

The structure sdca_function_desc contains a fwnode_handle which is
undefined if the user doesn't pull in an appropriate header. Add a
forward declaration to avoid this.

Add parsing of ACPI DisCo information specific to FDL (File DownLoad).
DisCo contains a list of File Sets which can be requested by the device
and within each of those a list of individual files to be downloaded to
the device. Optionally the contents of the files may also be present in
a special ACPI table, called SWFT (SoundWire File Table).

Certain systems have CS42L43 DisCo that claims to conform to version 0.6.28
but uses the function types from the 1.0 spec. Add a quirk as a workaround.

Add a helper function to parse all the Function and Entity
information from ACPI. In SDCA each device may have several Functions
and each corresponds to a specific audio capability such as say
amplifier playback or microphone capture. Each Function then contains
a number of Entities that represent individual parts of the audio
signal chain and are linked together in a graph similar to DAPM.

SDCA only supports 3-bits for the function address, but the ACPI value
is 64-bits. Update the code that parses this to do a bounds check
and error out on invalid addresses. Currently, an invalid address
would truncate to the bottom 3-bits when used and thus use a likely
incorrect address. With the bounds check, it is also now safe to
shrink the size of the adr member of sdca_function_desc to a u8 and
rearrange the struct members to pack better with the new size of adr.

Several of the SDCA files don't include all the headers they use
locally. These are included by the point of use through other
headers, so it is not currently causing any issues. However, files
should directly include things they directly use, so add the
missing header includes.
