ib_ud_header_unpack() is unused, and I can't see any sign of it ever having been used in git. The only reference I can find is from December 2004 BKrev: 41d30034XNbBUl0XnyC6ig9V61Nf-A when it looks like it was added. Remove it. RDMA: Extend RDMA kernel verbs ABI to support flush

This commit extends the RDMA kernel verbs ABI to support the flush operation defined in IBA A19.4.1. These changes are backward compatible with the existing RDMA kernel verbs ABI. It makes device/HCA support new FLUSH attributes/capabilities, and it also makes memory region support new FLUSH access flags. Users can use ibv_reg_mr(3) to register flush access flags. Only the access flags also supported by device's capabilities can be registered successfully. Once registered successfully, it means the MR is flushable. Similarly, A flushable MR should also have one or both of GLOBAL_VISIBILITY and PERSISTENT attributes/capabilities like device/HCA. RDMA/include: Replace license text with SPDX tags

IB/core: Fix calculation of maximum RoCE MTU

The original code only took into consideration the largest header possible after the IB_BTH_BYTES. This was incorrect, as the largest possible header size is the largest possible combination of headers we might run into. The new code accounts for all possible headers in the largest possible combination and subtracts that from the MTU to make sure that all packets will fit on the wire. IB/hfi1: Add transmit fault injection feature

Add ability to fault packets on transmit by opcode. Dropping by packet can be achieved by setting the mask to 0. In order to drop non-verbs traffic we set PbcInsertHrc to NONE (0x2). The packet will still be delivered to the receiving node but a KHdrHCRCErr (KDETH packet with a bad HCRC) will be triggered and the packet will not be delivered to the correct context. In order to drop regular verbs traffic we set the PbcTestEbp flag. The packet will still be delivered to the receiving node but a 'late ebp error' will be triggered and will be dropped. A global toggle (/sys/kernel/debug/hfi1/hfi1_X/fault_suppress_err) has been added to suppress the error messages on the receive node when a packet was faulted on the sending node. ib_pack.h: Add opcode definition for send with invalidate

The opcode for "SEND Last with Invalidate" and "SEND Only with Invalidate" have been defined for RC in IBA Specification Vol 1 since Release 1.2. IB/mlx4: Enable send of RoCE QP1 packets with IP/UDP headers

RoCEv2 packets are sent over IP/UDP protocols. The mlx4 driver uses a type of RAW QP to send packets for QP1 and therefore needs to build the network headers below BTH in software.
