tifm: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array

There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare having a dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure. Kernel code should always use “flexible array members”[1] for these cases. The older style of one-element or zero-length arrays should no longer be used[2]. tifm: fix the MemoryStick host fifo handling code

tifm_sd: implement software scatter-gather

It was found that delays associated with issue and completion of the commands severely limit performance of the new, fast SD cards. To alleviate this issue scatter-gather emulation in software is implemented for both dma and pio transfer modes. Non-block aligned and high memory sg entries are accounted for.
