RESET_CONTROL_FLAGS_BIT_* macros use BIT(), but reset.h does not
include bits.h. This causes compilation errors when including
reset.h standalone.

Include bits.h to make reset.h self-contained.

Introduce enum reset_control_flags and replace the list of boolean
parameters to the internal reset_control_get functions with a single
flags parameter, before adding more boolean options.

The separate boolean parameters have been shown to be error prone in
the past. See for example commit a57f68ddc886 ("reset: Fix devm bulk
optional exclusive control getter").

Most likely due to copy-paste mistake the device managed version of the
denoted reset control getter has been implemented with invalid semantic,
which can be immediately spotted by having "WARN_ON(shared && acquired)"
warning in the system log as soon as the method is called. Anyway let's
fix it by altering the boolean arguments passed to the
__devm_reset_control_bulk_get() method from
- shared = true, optional = false, acquired = true
to
+ shared = false, optional = true, acquired = true
That's what they were supposed to be in the first place (see the non-devm
version of the same method: reset_control_bulk_get_optional_exclusive()).

NVIDIA Tegra DRM and media drivers will need a resource-managed-optional
variant of reset_control_get_exclusive_released() in order to switch away
from a legacy Tegra-specific PD API to a GENPD API without much hassle.
Add the new reset helper to the reset API.
