phy: tegra: xusb: Add API to retrieve the port number of phy

[ Upstream commit d843f031d9e90462253015bc0bd9e3852d206bf2 ] This patch introduces a new API, tegra_xusb_padctl_get_port_number, to the Tegra XUSB Pad Controller driver. This API is used to identify the USB port that is associated with a given PHY. The function takes a PHY pointer for either a USB2 PHY or USB3 PHY as input and returns the corresponding port number. If the PHY pointer is invalid, it returns -ENODEV. phy: dphy: add support to calculate the timing based on hs_clk_rate

For MIPI-CSI sender use-case it is common to specify the allowed link-frequencies which should be used for the MIPI link and is half the hs-clock rate. This commit adds a helper to calculate the D-PHY timing based on the hs-clock rate so we don't need to calculate the timings within the driver. phy: rockchip: Support PCIe v3

RK3568 supports PCIe v3 using not Combphy like PCIe v2 on rk3566. It use a dedicated PCIe-phy. Add support for this. Initial support by Shawn Lin, modifications by Peter Geis and Frank Wunderlich. Add data-lanes property for splitting pcie-lanes across controllers. The data-lanes is an array where x=0 means lane is disabled and x > 0 means controller x is assigned to phy lane.
