Commit 92c8c16f3457 ("powerpc/embedded6xx: Remove C2K board support") removed the last selector of CONFIG_MV64X60. Therefore CONFIG_MV64X60_WDT cannot be selected anymore and can be removed. The mv643xx ethernet silicon block is also found in a couple of other Marvell chips. As a first step towards splitting off the mv643xx_eth bits from the rest of the mv643xx bits, this patch splits the mv643xx ethernet platform device data struct in linux/mv643xx.h off into linux/mv643xx_eth.h, and includes the latter from the former. mv643xx_eth: Place explicit port number in mv643xx_eth_platform_data

We were using the platform_device.id field to identify which ethernet port is used for mv643xx_eth device. This is not generally correct. It will be incorrect, for example, if a hardware platform uses a single port but not the first port. Here, we add an explicit port_number field to struct mv643xx_eth_platform_data.
