The bit mask for currently supported driver features (MLX4_UPDATE_QP_SUPPORTED_ATTRS)
of the update-qp command was defined twice (using enum value and pre-processor
define directive) and wrong.

The return value of the call to mlx4_update_qp() from within the SRIOV
resource-tracker was wrongly voided down.

Fix both issues.

Implement the hardware interface required for port aggregation.

1. Disable RX port check on receive - don't perform a validity check
that matches to QP's port and the port where the packet is received.

2. Virtual to physical port remap - configure virtual to physical port
mapping. Port remap capability for virtual functions.

Use of well known RSS key increases attack surface.
Switch to a random one, using generic helper so that all
ports share a common key.

Also provide ethtool -x support to fetch RSS key

Changing the vlan stripping policy of the QP isn't supported by older
firmware versions for the INIT2RTR command. Nevertheless, we've used it.

Fix that by doing this policy change using INIT2RTR only if the firmware
supports it, otherwise, we call UPDATE_QP command to do the task.

This patch adds UPDATE_QP SRIOV wrapper support.

The mechanism is a general one, but currently only source MAC
index changes are allowed for VFs.

When BlueFlame is turned on, control segment of the TX WQE is changed,
and the second line of it is used for QPN.
Changed code to use a union in the mlx4_wqe_ctrl_seg instead of casting.
This makes the code clearer and solves the static checker warning:

drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx4/en_tx.c:839 mlx4_en_xmit()
warn: potential memory corrupting cast 4 vs 2 bytes

Add the low-level device commands and definitions used for TCP/IP HW offloads
of tunneled/vxlan traffic which are supported by the ConnectX3-pro NIC.

This is done through the following elements:

 - read tunneling device caps in QUERY_DEV_CAP
 - add helper function to do SET_PORT for tunneling
 - add DMFS VXLAN steering rule definitions
 - add CQE and WQE checksum offload field definitions

It's convenient to have ethernet mac addresses use
ETH_ALEN to be able to grep for them a bit easier and
also to ensure that the addresses are __aligned(2).

When the firmware supports the UPDATE_QP command, if the VF link is disabled,
block all QPs opened by the VF, by programming the UPDATE_QP command to drop
all RX &amp; TX traffic to/from these QPs. Operates only in VST mode.

<title>net/mlx4_core: Dynamic VST to VST vlan/qos changes</title>

Within VST mode, enable modifying the vlan and/or qos
for a VF without requiring unbind/rebind.

This requires firmware which supports the UPDATE_QP command.
(If the command is not available, we fall back to requiring
unbind/bind to activate these changes).

To avoid race conditions with modify-qp on QPs that are affected
by update-qp, this operation is performed on the comm_wq.

If the update operation succeeds for all the necessary QPs, a
vlan_unregister is performed for the abandoned vlan id.
