twl6030_mmc_card_detect() and twl6030_mmc_card_detect_config() have been
unused since 2013's commit b2ff4790612b ("ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy
omap4_twl6030_hsmmc_init")

Remove them.

If the system-power-controller property is there, enable power off.
Implementation is based on a Linux v3.0 vendor kernel.

<title>ARM/gpio: Push OMAP2 quirk down into TWL4030 driver</title>

The TWL4030 GPIO driver has a custom platform data .set_up()
callback to call back into the platform and do misc stuff such
as hog and export a GPIO for WLAN PWR on a specific OMAP3 board.

Avoid all the kludgery in the platform data and the boardfile
and just put the quirks right into the driver. Make it
conditional on OMAP3.

I think the exported GPIO is used by some kind of userspace
so ordinary DTS hogs will probably not work.

TWL6032 has a few charging registers prepended before the charging
registers the TWL6030 has. To be able to use common register defines
declare the additional registers as additional module.
At the moment this affects the access to CHARGERUSB_CTRL1 in
phy-twl6030-usb. Without this patch, it is accessing the wrong register
on TWL6032.
The consequence is that presence of Vbus is not reported.

There is no in-tree machine that provides a struct twl4030_platform_data
since commit e92fc4f04a34 ("ARM: OMAP2+: Drop legacy board file for
LDP"). So assume dev_get_platdata() returns NULL in twl_probe() and
simplify accordingly.

There is no machine providing a teardown callback, so drop the unused
code.

This is a preparation for making platform remove callbacks return void.
