On S2MPG10 (and similar like S2MPG11), top-level interrupt status and
mask registers exist which need to be unmasked to get the PMIC
interrupts. This additional status doesn't seem to exist on other PMICs
in the S2MP* family, and the S2MPG10 driver is manually dealing with
masking and unmasking currently.

The correct approach here is to register this hierarchy as chained
interrupts, though, without any additional manual steps. Doing so will
also simplify addition of other, similar, PMICs (like S2MPG11) in the
future.

Update the driver to do just that.

Now that sec-i2c doesn't match device type by pointer casting anymore,
we can switch the device type from unsigned long to int easily.

This saves a few bytes in struct sec_pmic_dev due to member alignment.

Add support for Samsung's S2MPG10 PMIC, which is a Power Management IC
for mobile applications with buck converters, various LDOs, power
meters, RTC, clock outputs, and additional GPIOs interfaces.

Contrary to existing Samsung S2M series PMICs supported, communication
is not via I2C, but via the Samsung ACPM firmware.

This commit adds the core driver.

sec_irq_init() is an internal API for the core driver, and doesn't
belong into the public header.

Due to an upcoming split of the driver into a core and i2c driver,
we'll also be adding more internal APIs, which again shouldn't be in
the public header.

Move it into a new internal include.

sec_irq_resume() was removed in commit 6445b84abf91 ("mfd: Add s2mps11
irq driver") and sec_irq_exit() in commit 3dc6f4aaafbe ("mfd: sec: Use
devm_mfd_add_devices and devm_regmap_add_irq_chip") while the
prototypes were left. They should be removed.

Do so.

Add support for Samsung's S2MPU05 PMIC. It's the primary PMIC used by
Exynos7870 devices. It houses regulators (21 LDOs and 5 BUCKs) and a RTC
clock device.

S2DOS05 is a panel/touchscreen PMIC, often found in
Samsung phones. We define regulator sub-device for which driver will
be added in subsequent patch. The device also has ADC for power and
current measurements.

The S5M8763 MFD has no device tree compatible, and since board file
support for it was removed, there's no way to use this MFD. After
removing the remaining code for it from the MFD driver, also remove
support for it in the s5m RTC driver, and all remaining references to
it.

The S5M8751 and S5M8763 PMIC chips have no corresponding compatible
values, so since board file support was removed for this driver, there
is no way to specify these PMICs as present in boards anymore.
Remove leftovers of these chips since it's dead code.

The Samsung PMIC drivers for early chipsets like S5M8767 stored quite a
lot in platform data (struct sec_platform_data).  The s5m8767 regulator
driver currently references only some of its fields.  Newer regulator
drivers (e.g. s2mps11) use even less platform data fields.

Clean up the structure to reduce memory footprint and source code size.
