This rewrites the max8998 regulator driver to fetch the dvs
regulators as descriptors. This will likely mostly come from
the device tree since there are no in-tree users of the platform
data, but supplying GPIO descriptor tables from board files is
also possible if needed.

The max8998 has a current regulator for charging control. The
charger driver in drivers/power/supply/max8998_charger.c has a
comment in it stating that 'charger control is done by a current
regulator "CHARGER"', but this regulator was never added until
now.

The current values have been extracted from a downstream driver
for the SGH-T959V.

This patch modifies the platform data of max8998 to use arrays for
specifying predefined voltages of buck1 and buck2 instead of separate
field for each voltage.

This allows to simplify the code a bit and will help in adding support
for Device Tree, which will be introduced in further patch.

This patch adds irq domain support for max8998 interrupts.

To keep both non-DT and DT worlds happy, simple domain is used, which is
linear when no explicit IRQ base is specified and legacy, with static
mapping, otherwise.
