ASoC: codec: arizona: Convert to use GPIO descriptors

This converts the Arizona driver to use GPIO descriptors exclusively, deletes the legacy code path an updates the in-tree user of legacy GPIO. The GPIO lines for mic detect polarity and headphone ID detection are made exclusively descriptor-oriented. The headphone ID detection could actually only be used by the legacy GPIO code, but I converted it to use a descriptor if someone would actually need it so we don't just drop useful code. The compatible "wlf,hpdet-id-gpio" is not in the device tree bindings and only intended to be used by software nodes if any. If someone insists I can try to add a binding for it, but I doubt there is any real user so it seems pointless. The only machine that still uses the old gpio number based interface is the wlf_cragg_6410 board file. In order to remove the dependency on the interfaces, add #ifdef blocks here. mfd: arizona: Update reset pin to use GPIOD

Now GPIOD has support for both pdata systems and for non-standard DT bindings the Arizona reset GPIO can be converted to use it. Worth noting gpiod_set_raw_value_cansleep is used to match the behaviour of the old GPIOs. This is because the part is fairly widely used and it is unknown how many DTs are correctly setting active low through device tree, so to avoid breaking any existing users it is best to match the previous behaviour. In preparation for sharing this driver with Madera, move the pdata for the LDO1 regulator out of struct arizona_pdata into a dedicated pdata struct for this driver. As a result the code in arizona_ldo1_of_get_pdata() can be made independent of struct arizona. mfd: arizona: Add gating of external MCLKn clocks

This patch adds requesting of the clocks supplied on MCLK1, MCLK2 pins, gating of the 32k clock is added to the arizona_clk32k_enable(), arizona_clk32k_disable() helpers. It's a temporary change until the CODEC's clock controller gets exposed through the clk API and is helpful for board configurations where the MCLK clocks are not provided by always on oscillators.
