The CONFIG_AB8500_DEBUG has been deleted in:

3d4d1266597c0 ("mfd: ab8500: Drop debugfs module")

The condition "#ifdef CONFIG_AB8500_DEBUG" in:

   include/linux/mfd/abx500/ab8500.h:502

...cannot be valid. It is recommended to delete redundant code.

The struct ab8500_regulator_platform_data was a leftover
since the days before we probed all regulators from the
device tree. The ab8500-ext regulator was the only used,
defining platform data and register intialization that
was never used for anything, a copy of a boardfile no
longer in use.

Delete the ab8500_regulator_platform_data and make the
ab8500-ext regulator reference the regulator init data
in the local file directly. We are 100% device tree
these days.

Due to the lack of parity in the way array fields have been named/
numbered, a mistake was made where more debug fields were declared
than actually existed. In doing so, 2 fields were added, which
although unclear, were already declared in the array. The result
was that the latter declarations trashed the former ones.

This patch places the array back in the correct order and removes
the offending NULL entries.

While we're at it, let's ensure this doesn't happen again by naming
each field properly and add a new *_LAST define to describe how
many fields there should be.

The DBx500 and ABx500 should be getting their IRQs from the
device tree and nowhere else. Get rid of all the static assignments
everywhere, delete it from the driver, platform data and the
board files in one swift strike.

Lots of cross-dependencies in the MFD drivers for PRCMU and
AB8500 makes it necessary to strike everywhere at once to
eradicate IRQs passed as resources and platform data to the left
and right around the platform.

data is passed around. It is completely unused in the kernel
now, so it does not hurt anyone.

AB8500 sysctrl driver implements a pm_power_off handler, but that is
currently not registered until a specific platform data field is
enabled.

This patch drops the platform data field and always registers
ab8500_power_off if no other pm_power_off handler was defined before,
and also introduces the necessary cleanup code in the driver's remove
function.
