Add a new helper function that allows MEI client drivers
to query the maximum transmission unit (MTU) for a connected
MEI client.

This is useful for clients that need to transmit large payloads,
such as firmware blobs, allowing them to determine the maximum
message size that can be safely sent before starting transmission and
size of the buffer to allocate when receiving data.

mei_cldev_recv_nonblock() was added in 2016 by
commit 076802d00615 ("mei: bus: enable non-blocking RX")
it is the only user of mei_cldev_recv_nonblock_vtag().

Add mei bus API for sending gsc commands: mei_cldev_send_gsc_command()

The GSC commands are originated in the graphics stack
and are in form of SGL DMA buffers.
The GSC commands are synchronous, the response is received
in the same call on the out sg list buffers.
The function setups pointers for in and out sg lists in the
mei sgl extended header and sends it to the firmware.

Expose the client dma mapping via mei client bus interface.
The client dma has to be mapped before the device is enabled,
therefore we need to create device linking already during mapping
and we need to unmap after the client is disable hence we need to
postpone the unlink and flush till unmapping or when
destroying the device.

The driver core ignores the return value of mei_cl_device_remove() so
passing an error value doesn't solve any problem. As most mei drivers'
remove callbacks return 0 unconditionally and returning a different value
doesn't have any effect, change this prototype to return void and return 0
unconditionally in mei_cl_device_remove(). The only driver that could
return an error value is modified to emit an explicit warning in the error
case.
