Add device tree binding support for RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H SoCs to the
existing RZ/N1 MIIC converter binding. These SoCs share similar MIIC
functionality but have architectural differences that require schema
updates.

Add new compatible strings "renesas,r9a09g077-miic" for RZ/T2H and
"renesas,r9a09g087-miic" for RZ/N2H, with the latter falling back to
the RZ/T2H variant. The new SoCs require reset support with two reset
lines for converter register reset and converter reset, which are not
present on RZ/N1.

Update port configurations to accommodate the different architectures.
RZ/N1 supports 5 ports numbered 1-5 with complex input mappings
covering indices 0-13, while RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H support 4 ports
numbered 0-3 with simplified input mappings covering indices 0-8.
Extend the switch port configuration property to support value 0 for
the new SoCs.

Add a new dt-bindings header file with media interface connection
matrix constants that map GMAC, ESC, and ETHSW ports to numeric
identifiers for use with RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H device trees.

Update DT schema validation to ensure proper port numbering and input
mappings per SoC variant.

Modify license to include dual licensing as GPL-2.0-only OR MIT
license for TI specific phy header files. This allows for Linux
kernel files to be used in other Operating System ecosystems
such as Zephyr or FreeBSD.

While at this, update the GPL-2.0 to be GPL-2.0-only to be in sync
with latest SPDX conventions (GPL-2.0 is deprecated).

While at this, update the TI copyright year to sync with current year
to indicate license change.

This MII converter can be found on the RZ/N1 processor family. The MII
converter ports are declared as subnodes which are then referenced by
users of the PCS driver such as the switch.

The clock output is generally only used for testing and development and
not used to daisy-chain PHYs. It's just a source of RF noise afterward.

Add a mux value for "off". I've added it as another enumeration to the
output property. In the actual PHY, the mux and the output enable are
independently controllable. However, it doesn't seem useful to be able
to describe the mux setting when the output is disabled.

Document that PHY's default setting will be left as is if the property
is omitted.

additional LED modes that can be picked, so let's add them.

Add support for DT property "microchip,led-modes", a vector of zero
to four cells (u32s) in the range 0-15, each of which sets the mode
for one of the LEDs. Some possible values are:

    0=link/activity          1=link1000/activity
    2=link100/activity       3=link10/activity
    4=link100/1000/activity  5=link10/1000/activity
    6=link10/100/activity    14=off    15=on

These values are given symbolic constants in a dt-bindings header.

Also use the presence of the DT property to indicate that the
LEDs should be enabled - necessary in the event that no valid OTP
or EEPROM is available.
