If the DSI panel supports versatile lanes configuration, its driver might require determining the number of DSI data lanes, which is usually specified on the DSI host side of the OF graph. Add new helper as a pair to drm_of_get_data_lanes_count_ep() that lets callers determine number of data-lanes on the remote side of the OF graph. Add helper function to count and sanitize DT "data-lanes" property and return either error or the data-lanes count. This is useful for both DSI and (e)DP "data-lanes" property. The later version of the function is an extra wrapper which handles the endpoint look up by regs, that's what majority of the drivers duplicate too, but not all of them. The new helper drm_of_lvds_get_dual_link_pixel_order() introduced in commit 6529007522de has a fallback stub when CONFIG_OF is not set, but the stub is declared in drm_of.h without a static inline. This causes multiple definitions of the function to be linked when the CONFIG_OF option isn't set. Fix it by making the stub static inline.
