Some display controllers can be hardware programmed to show non-black
colors for pixels that are either not covered by any plane or are
exposed through transparent regions of higher planes. This feature can
help reduce memory bandwidth usage, e.g. in compositors managing a UI
with a solid background color while using smaller planes to render the
remaining content.

To support this capability, introduce the BACKGROUND_COLOR standard DRM
mode property, which can be attached to a CRTC through the
drm_crtc_attach_background_color_property() helper function.

Additionally, define a 64-bit ARGB format value to be built with the
help of a couple of dedicated DRM_ARGB64_PREP*() helpers. Individual
color components can be extracted with desired precision using the
corresponding DRM_ARGB64_GET*() macros.

If the driver can make an assertion whether a connected panel is an OLED
panel or not then it can attach a property to the connector that userspace
can use as a hint for color schemes.

This patches introduces a new drm_colorop mode object. This
object represents color transformations and can be used to
define color pipelines.

We also introduce the drm_colorop_state here, as well as
various helpers and state tracking bits.

Decouple .get_format_info() from struct drm_mode_fb_cmd2 and just
pass the pixel format+modifier combo in by hand.

We may want to use .get_format_info() outside of the normal
addfb paths where we won't have a struct drm_mode_fb_cmd2, and
creating a temporary one just for this seems silly.

There exists a property IN_FORMATS which exposes the plane supported
modifiers/formats to the user. In some platforms when asynchronous flip
are used all of modifiers/formats mentioned in IN_FORMATS are not
supported. This patch adds a new plane property IN_FORMATS_ASYNC to
expose the async flip supported modifiers/formats so that user can use
this information ahead and do flip with unsupported
formats/modifiers. This will save flip failures.
Add a new function pointer similar to format_mod_supported specifically
for asynchronous flip.

It doesn't make much sense to allow devices to specify their min/max
resolution as signed integers, and in Rust with CONFIG_RUST_OVERFLOW_CHECKS
enabled this provides us actual over/underflow checks. Similarly, it
doesn't really make much sense for us to allow devices to specify their
minimum/maximum resolution as signed.

The `power saving policy` DRM property is an optional property that
can be added to a connector by a driver.

This property is for compositors to indicate intent of policy of
whether a driver can use power saving features that may compromise
the experience intended by the compositor.
