I just learned that &struct_name.member_name works and looks pretty even. It doesn't (yet) link to the member directly though, which would be really good for big structures or vfunc tables (where the per-member kerneldoc tends to be long). drm/fence: fix memory overwrite when setting out_fence fd

Currently if the userspace declares a int variable to store the out_fence fd and pass it to OUT_FENCE_PTR the kernel will overwrite the 32 bits above the int variable on 64 bits systems. Fix this by making the internal storage of out_fence in the kernel a s32 pointer. But a quick test shows that " * &struct \n * foo\n" works pefectly well with current kernel-doc. So time to mass-apply these changes! Stop relying on a per crtc_state last_vblank_count, we shouldn't touch crtc_state after commit. Move it to atomic_state->crtcs. Also stop re-using new_crtc_state->enable, we can now simply set a bitmask with crtc_crtc_mask. Changes since v1: - Keep last_vblank_count in __drm_crtc_state.
