Remove the use of contractions and use proper punctuation in #error

ACPICA commit aea0a5cfce262ce2ab16fd96d87c12cf5e756380

We're storing a persistent pointer to an ephemeral local variable
which technically is a dangling pointer and the compiler is correct.
However, since we never indirect the pointer, this is a safe
operation and we can suppress the warning.

Also, some C run-times (like MUSL) aren't including &lt;stdint.h&gt;
indirectly so we must include it explicitly or we won't have the
type definition for uintptr_t.

Fixes issue #867.

ACPICA commit 2411e11ef88f42b08f33c38ed9c0d40282780e8c

84449c1eef1c0d092b037dc4c2c60cec5d5cc6c4 fixed this for Linux kernel
builds, but not Linux userspace builds.

Before this change we see the following UBSAN stack trace in Fuchsia:

<title>ACPICA: Use uintptr_t and offsetof() in Linux kernel builds</title>

To avoid "performing pointer subtraction with a null pointer has
undefined behavior" compiler warnings, use uintptr_t and offsetof()
that are always available during Linux kernel builds to define
acpi_uintptr_t and the ACPI_TO_INTEGER() and ACPI_OFFSET() macros.

Based on earlier proposal from Arnd Bergmann.
