This patch introduces a /proc filesystem interface to ksmbd, providing
visibility into the internal state of the SMB server. This allows
administrators and developers to monitor active connections, user
sessions, and opened files in real-time without relying on external
tools or heavy debugging.

Key changes include:
- Connection Monitoring (/proc/fs/ksmbd/clients): Displays a list of
   active network connections, including client IP addresses, SMB dialects,
   credits, and last active timestamps.

- Session Management (/proc/fs/ksmbd/sessions/): Adds a global sessions
   file to list all authenticated users and their session IDs.

- Creates individual session entries (e.g., /proc/fs/ksmbd/sessions/<id>)
   detailing capabilities (DFS, Multi-channel, etc.), signing/encryption
   algorithms, and connected tree shares.

- File Tracking (/proc/fs/ksmbd/files): Shows all currently opened files
   across the server, including tree IDs, process IDs (PID), access modes
   (daccess/saccess), and oplock/lease states.

- Statistics & Counters: Implements internal counters for global server
   metrics, such as the number of tree connections, total sessions, and
   processed read/write bytes.

Modify the following places:

  - some fields in "struct create_durable_v2_rsp" ->
                       struct durable_context_v2_rsp
  - durable_reconnect_context_v2_rsp -> durable_context_v2_rsp
  - create_durable_v2_rsp -> create_durable_rsp_v2

Then move them to common header file.

Merge the struct members of the server and the client:

  - req_capabilities:		from client
  - header_preamble_size:	from client
  - cap_unicode:		from client
  - capabilities: from server, rename to req_capabilities
  - max_read_size:		from server
  - max_write_size:		from server
  - max_trans_size:		from server
  - max_credits:		from server
  - create_durable_size:	from server
  - create_durable_v2_size:	from server
  - create_mxac_size:		from server
  - create_disk_id_size:	from server
  - create_posix_size:		from server

Then move duplicate definitions to common header file.

SMB2_GLOBAL_CAP_ENCRYPTION flag should be used only for 3.0 and
3.0.2 dialects. This flags set cause compatibility problems with
other SMB clients.

Durable file handles allow reopening a file preserved on a short
network outage and transparent client reconnection within a timeout.
i.e. Durable handles aren't necessarily cleaned up when the opening
process terminates.

This patch add support for durable handle version 1 and 2.

To prove durable handles work on ksmbd, I have tested this patch with
the following smbtorture tests:

smb2.durable-open.open-oplock
smb2.durable-open.open-lease
smb2.durable-open.reopen1
smb2.durable-open.reopen1a
smb2.durable-open.reopen1a-lease

Move CIFS/SMB3 related client and server files (cifs.ko and ksmbd.ko
and helper modules) to new fs/smb subdirectory:

   fs/cifs --> fs/smb/client
   fs/ksmbd --> fs/smb/server
   fs/smbfs_common --> fs/smb/common
