Pull reiserfs updates from Jan Kara:
 "The biggest change in this pull is the addition of a deprecation
  message about reiserfs with the outlook that we'd eventually be able
  to remove it from the kernel. Because it is practically unmaintained
  and untested and odd enough that people don't want to bother with it
  anymore...

  Otherwise there are small udf and ext2 fixes"

Pull filesystem folio updates from Matthew Wilcox:
 "Primarily this series converts some of the address_space operations to
  take a folio instead of a page.

  Notably:

   - a_ops-&gt;is_partially_uptodate() takes a folio instead of a page and
     changes the type of the 'from' and 'count' arguments to make it
     obvious they're bytes.

   - a_ops-&gt;invalidatepage() becomes -&gt;invalidate_folio() and has a
     similar type change.

   - a_ops-&gt;launder_page() becomes -&gt;launder_folio()

   - a_ops-&gt;set_page_dirty() becomes -&gt;dirty_folio() and adds the
     address_space as an argument.

  There are a couple of other misc changes up front that weren't worth
  separating into their own pull request"

The inode allocation is supposed to use alloc_inode_sb(), so convert
kmem_cache_alloc() of all filesystems to alloc_inode_sb().

Reiserfs is relatively old filesystem and its development has ceased
quite some years ago. Linux distributions moved away from it towards
other filesystems such as btrfs, xfs, or ext4. To reduce maintenance
burden on cross filesystem changes (such as new mount API, iomap, folios
...) let's add a deprecation notice when the filesystem is mounted and
schedule its removal to 2025.

Block devices do not, in general, report congestion any more, so this
congestion_wait() is effectively just a sleep.

It isn't entirely clear what is being waited for, but as we only wait
when j_async_throttle is elevated, it seems reasonable to stop waiting
when j_async_throttle becomes zero - or after the same timeout.

So change to use wait_event_event_timeout() for waiting, and
wake_up_var() to signal an end to waiting.

Since the commit c3d98ea08291 ("VFS: Don't use save/replace_mount_options
if not using generic_show_options") eliminates replace_mount_options
in reiserfs_remount, but does not handle the allocated new_opts,
it will cause memory leak in the reiserfs_remount.

Because new_opts is useless in reiserfs_mount, so we fix this bug by
removing the useless new_opts in reiserfs_remount.
