This is in preparation for adding tmpfile support to fuse, which requires that the tmpfile creation and opening are done as a single operation. Replace the 'struct dentry *' argument of i_op->tmpfile with 'struct file *'. Call finish_open_simple() as the last thing in ->tmpfile() instances (may be omitted in the error case). ramfs: convert ramfs_nommu_get_unmapped_area() to use filemap_get_folios_contig()

Convert to use folios throughout. This is in preparation for the removal for find_get_pages_contig(). Now also supports large folios. The initial version of this function set the page_address to be returned after finishing all the checks. Since folio_batches have a maximum of 15 folios, the function had to be modified to support getting and checking up to lpages, 15 pages at a time while still returning the initial page address. Now the function sets ret as soon as the first batch arrives, and updates it only if a check fails. The physical adjacency check utilizes the page frame numbers. The page frame number of each folio must be nr_pages away from the first folio. ramfs: fix mount source show for ramfs

ramfs_parse_param does not parse key "source", and will convert -ENOPARAM to 0. This will skip vfs_parse_fs_param_source in vfs_parse_fs_param, which lead always "none" mount source for ramfs. Fix it by parsing "source" in ramfs_parse_param like cgroup1_parse_param does. Move the ramfs aops to libfs and reuse them for kernfs and configfs. Thosw two did not wire up ->set_page_dirty before and now get __set_page_dirty_no_writeback, which is the right one for no-writeback address_space usage. Drop the now unused exports of the libfs helpers only used for ramfs-style pagecache usage. fs: make helpers idmap mount aware

Extend some inode methods with an additional user namespace argument. A filesystem that is aware of idmapped mounts will receive the user namespace the mount has been marked with. This can be used for additional permission checking and also to enable filesystems to translate between uids and gids if they need to. We have implemented all relevant helpers in earlier patches. As requested we simply extend the exisiting inode method instead of introducing new ones. This is a little more code churn but it's mostly mechanical and doesnt't leave us with additional inode methods.
