This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

generic_delete_inode() is rather misleading for what the routine is
doing. inode_just_drop() should be much clearer.

The new naming is inconsistent with generic_drop_inode(), so rename that
one as well with inode_ as the suffix.

No functional changes.

Convert the orangefs filesystem to the new internal mount API as the old
one will be obsoleted and removed.  This allows greater flexibility in
communication of mount parameters between userspace, the VFS and the
filesystem.

Arnd Bergmann sent a patch to fsdevel, he says:

"orangefs_statfs() copies two consecutive fields of the superblock into
the statfs structure, which triggers a warning from the string fortification
helpers"

Jan Kara suggested an alternate way to do the patch to make it more readable.

I ran both ideas through xfstests and both seem fine. This patch
is based on Jan Kara's suggestion.

strncpy() is deprecated for use on NUL-terminated destination strings
[1] and as such we should prefer more robust and less ambiguous string
interfaces.

There is some care taken to ensure these destination buffers are
NUL-terminated by bounding the strncpy()'s by ORANGEFS_NAME_MAX - 1 or
ORANGEFS_MAX_SERVER_ADDR_LEN - 1. Instead, we can use the new 2-argument
version of strscpy() to guarantee NUL-termination on the destination
buffers while simplifying the code.

Based on usage with printf-likes, we can see these buffers are expected
to be NUL-terminated:

NUL-padding isn't required for any of these destination buffers as
they've all been zero-allocated with op_alloc() or kzalloc().

The flags were set to SLAB_RED_ZONE when CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB was enabled.
With SLAB gone, this is now dead code so remove it. With SLUB, debugging
options including red zoning can be set for orangefs caches by the
slab_debug boot parameter.
