nilfs2: avoid having an active sc_timer before freeing sci

Because kthread_stop did not stop sc_task properly and returned -EINTR, the sc_timer was not properly closed, ultimately causing the problem [1] reported by syzbot when freeing sci due to the sc_timer not being closed. Because the thread sc_task main function nilfs_segctor_thread() returns 0 when it succeeds, when the return value of kthread_stop() is not 0 in nilfs_segctor_destroy(), we believe that it has not properly closed sc_timer. We use timer_shutdown_sync() to sync wait for sc_timer to shutdown, and set the value of sc_task to NULL under the protection of lock sc_state_lock, so as to avoid the issue caused by sc_timer not being properly shutdowned. nilfs2: remove wbc->for_reclaim handling

Since commit 013a07052a1a ("nilfs2: convert metadata aops from writepage to writepages"), nilfs_mdt_write_folio can't be called from reclaim context any more. Remove the code keyed of the wbc->for_reclaim flag, which is now only set for writing out swap or shmem pages inside the swap code, but never passed to file systems. nilfs2: protect access to buffers with no active references

nilfs_lookup_dirty_data_buffers(), which iterates through the buffers attached to dirty data folios/pages, accesses the attached buffers without locking the folios/pages. For data cache, nilfs_clear_folio_dirty() may be called asynchronously when the file system degenerates to read only, so nilfs_lookup_dirty_data_buffers() still has the potential to cause use after free issues when buffers lose the protection of their dirty state midway due to this asynchronous clearing and are unintentionally freed by try_to_free_buffers(). Eliminate this race issue by adjusting the lock section in this function. Simplify nilfs_segctor_thread(), the main loop function of the log writer thread, to make the basic structure easier to understand. In particular, the acquisition and release of the sc_state_lock spinlock was scattered throughout the function, so extract the determination of whether log writing is required into a helper function and make the spinlock lock sections clearer.
