jffs2: Use function instead of macro when initialize compressors

The initialized compressors should be released if one of them initialize fail, this is the pre-patch for fix the problem, use function instead of the macro in jffs2_compressors_init() to simplify the codes, no functional change intended. Add a "favourlzo" compression mode to jffs2 which tries to optimise by size but gives lzo an advantage when comparing sizes. This means the faster lzo algorithm can be preferred when there isn't much difference in compressed size (the exact threshold can be changed). In particular, remove the bit in the LICENCE file about contacting Red Hat for alternative arrangements. Their errant IS department broke that arrangement a long time ago -- the policy of collecting copyright assignments from contributors came to an end when the plug was pulled on the servers hosting the project, without notice or reason. We do still dual-license it for use with eCos, with the GPL+exception licence approved by the FSF as being GPL-compatible. It's just that nobody has the right to license it differently.
