Change the list operation to only return whether or not an attribute should be listed. Copying the attribute names into the buffer is moved to the callers. Add an additional "name" field to struct xattr_handler. When the name is set, the handler matches attributes with exactly that name. When the prefix is set instead, the handler matches attributes with the given prefix and with a non-empty suffix. This patch should avoid bugs like the one fixed in commit c361016a in the future. The xattr_handler operations are currently all passed a file system specific flags value which the operations can use to disambiguate between different handlers; some file systems use that to distinguish the xattr namespace, for example. In some oprations, it would be useful to also have access to the handler prefix. To allow that, pass a pointer to the handler to operations instead of the flags value alone. Delete any instances of include module.h that were not strictly required. In the case of ext2, the declaration of MODULE_LICENSE etc. were in inode.c but the module_init/exit were in super.c, so relocate the MODULE_LICENCE/AUTHOR block to super.c which makes it consistent with ext3 and ext4 at the same time. security: new security_inode_init_security API adds function callback

This patch changes the security_inode_init_security API by adding a filesystem specific callback to write security extended attributes. This change is in preparation for supporting the initialization of multiple LSM xattrs and the EVM xattr. Initially the callback function walks an array of xattrs, writing each xattr separately, but could be optimized to write multiple xattrs at once. For existing security_inode_init_security() calls, which have not yet been converted to use the new callback function, such as those in reiserfs and ocfs2, this patch defines security_old_inode_init_security().
