ceph_mdsc_build_path() must be called with a zero-initialized
ceph_path_info parameter, or else the following
ceph_mdsc_free_path_info() may crash.

Some of the ceph_mdsc_build_path() callers had initializers, but
others had not, even though they were all added by commit 15f519e9f883
("ceph: fix race condition validating r_parent before applying state").
The ones without initializer are suspectible to random crashes.  (I can
imagine it could even be possible to exploit this bug to elevate
privileges.)

Unfortunately, these Ceph functions are undocumented and its semantics
can only be derived from the code.  I see that ceph_mdsc_build_path()
initializes the structure only on success, but not on error.

Calling ceph_mdsc_free_path_info() after a failed
ceph_mdsc_build_path() call does not even make sense, but that's what
all callers do, and for it to be safe, the structure must be
zero-initialized.  The least intrusive approach to fix this is
therefore to add initializers everywhere.

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Pull ceph updates from Ilya Dryomov:
 "This adds support for the upcoming aes256k key type in CephX that is
  based on Kerberos 5 and brings a bunch of assorted CephFS fixes from
  Ethan and Sam. One of Sam's patches in particular undoes a change in
  the fscrypt area that had an inadvertent side effect of making CephFS
  behave as if mounted with wsize=4096 and leading to the corresponding
  degradation in performance, especially for sequential writes"

The ceph_zero_partial_object function was missing proper snapshot
context for its OSD write operations, which could lead to data
inconsistencies in snapshots.

Reproducer:

Setting -&gt;setlease() to a NULL pointer now has the same effect as
setting it to simple_nosetlease(). Remove all of the setlease
file_operations that are set to simple_nosetlease, and the function
itself.

The wake_up_bit() is called in ceph_async_unlink_cb(),
wake_async_create_waiters(), and ceph_finish_async_create().
It makes sense to switch on clear_bit() function, because
it makes the code much cleaner and easier to understand.
More important rework is the adding of smp_mb__after_atomic()
memory barrier after the bit modification and before
wake_up_bit() call. It can prevent potential race condition
of accessing the modified bit in other threads. Luckily,
clear_and_wake_up_bit() already implements the required
functionality pattern:

The Coverity Scan service has detected overflowed constant
issue in ceph_do_objects_copy() [1]. The CID 1624308
defect contains explanation: "The overflowed value due to
arithmetic on constants is too small or unexpectedly
negative, causing incorrect computations. Expression bytes,
which is equal to -95, where ret is known to be equal to -95,
underflows the type that receives it, an unsigned integer
64 bits wide. In ceph_do_objects_copy: Integer overflow occurs
in arithmetic on constant operands (CWE-190)".

The patch changes the type of bytes variable from size_t
to ssize_t with the goal of to be capable to receive
negative values.

This allows killing processes that wait for a lock when one process is
stuck waiting for the Ceph server.  This is similar to the NFS commit
38a125b31504 ("fs/nfs/io: make nfs_start_io_*() killable").
