fs: Convert block_read_full_page() to block_read_full_folio()

Pull filesystem folio updates from Matthew Wilcox: "Primarily this series converts some of the address_space operations to take a folio instead of a page. Notably: - a_ops->is_partially_uptodate() takes a folio instead of a page and changes the type of the 'from' and 'count' arguments to make it obvious they're bytes. - a_ops->invalidatepage() becomes ->invalidate_folio() and has a similar type change. - a_ops->launder_page() becomes ->launder_folio() - a_ops->set_page_dirty() becomes ->dirty_folio() and adds the address_space as an argument. fs: make helpers idmap mount aware

Extend some inode methods with an additional user namespace argument. A filesystem that is aware of idmapped mounts will receive the user namespace the mount has been marked with. This can be used for additional permission checking and also to enable filesystems to translate between uids and gids if they need to. We have implemented all relevant helpers in earlier patches. As requested we simply extend the exisiting inode method instead of introducing new ones. This is a little more code churn but it's mostly mechanical and doesnt't leave us with additional inode methods.
