virtio: make VIRTIO a menuconfig to ease disabling it all

No need to get into the submenu to disable all VIRTIO-related config entries. This makes it easier to disable all VIRTIO config options without entering the submenu. It will also enable one to see that en/dis-abled state from the outside menu. This is only intended to change menuconfig UI, not change the config dependencies. x86/lguest: Remove lguest support

Lguest seems to be rather unused these days. It has seen only patches ensuring it still builds the last two years and its official state is "Odd Fixes". Remove it in order to be able to clean up the paravirt code. virtio_ring: Support DMA APIs

virtio_ring currently sends the device (usually a hypervisor) physical addresses of its I/O buffers. This is okay when DMA addresses and physical addresses are the same thing, but this isn't always the case. For example, this never works on Xen guests, and it is likely to fail if a physical "virtio" device ever ends up behind an IOMMU or swiotlb. The immediate use case for me is to enable virtio on Xen guests. Always mark pages with PageBalloon even if balloon compaction is disabled and expose this mark in /proc/kpageflags as KPF_BALLOON. Also this patch adds three counters into /proc/vmstat: "balloon_inflate", "balloon_deflate" and "balloon_migrate". They accumulate balloon activity. Current size of balloon is (balloon_inflate - balloon_deflate) pages. All generic balloon code now gathered under option CONFIG_MEMORY_BALLOON. It should be selected by ballooning driver which wants use this feature. Currently virtio-balloon is the only user.
