viafbdev.c utilizes memdup_user() to copy an array from userspace.

There is a new wrapper, specifically designed for copying arrays. Use
this one instead.

<title>fbdev/viafb: Initialize fb_ops to fbdev I/O-memory helpers</title>

Initialize the instance of struct fb_ops with fbdev initializer
macros for framebuffers in I/O address space. Set the read/write,
draw and mmap callbacks to the correct implementation and avoid
implicit defaults. Also select the necessary I/O helpers in Kconfig.

Fbdev drivers sometimes rely on the callbacks being NULL for a
default implementation to be invoked; hence requiring the I/O
helpers to be built in any case. Setting all callbacks in all
drivers explicitly will allow to make the I/O helpers optional.
This benefits systems that do not use these functions.

No functional changes.

<title>fbdev: Remove FBINFO_DEFAULT from framebuffer_alloc()'ed structs</title>

The flag FBINFO_DEFAULT is 0 and has no effect, as struct fbinfo.flags
has been allocated to zero by framebuffer_alloc(). So do not set it.

Flags should signal differences from the default values. After cleaning
up all occurrences of FBINFO_DEFAULT, the token will be removed.

kstrdup() is a memory allocation function which can return NULL when
some internal memory errors happen. It is better to check the return
value of it to catch the error in time during the setup of viafb.

<title>fbdev: via: fix -Wextra build warning and format warning</title>

When 'VIAFB_DEBUG' and 'VIAFB_WARN' are not defined, modify the
DEBUG_MSG() &amp;WARN_MSG() macros to use the no_printk() macro instead of
using &lt;empty&gt;.
This fixes a build warning when -Wextra is used and provides
printk format checking:

../drivers/video/fbdev/via/ioctl.c:88:47: warning: suggest braces around empty body in an ‘else’ statement [-Wempty-body]

Also use %lu to print an unsigned long instead of just %l, to fix
a printk format warning:

../drivers/video/fbdev/via/viafbdev.c: In function ‘viafb_dvp0_proc_write’:
../drivers/video/fbdev/via/viafbdev.c:1148:14: warning: unknown conversion type character ‘]’ in format [-Wformat=]
    DEBUG_MSG("DVP0:reg_val[%l]=:%x\n", i,

The most notable change is DEFINE_SHOW_ATTRIBUTE macro split in
seq_file.h.

Conversion rule is:

	llseek		=&gt; proc_lseek
	unlocked_ioctl	=&gt; proc_ioctl

	xxx		=&gt; proc_xxx

	delete ".owner = THIS_MODULE" line

framebuffer_alloc() can fail only on kzalloc() memory allocation
failure and since kzalloc() will print error message in such case
we can omit printing extra error message in drivers (which BTW is
what the majority of framebuffer_alloc() users is doing already).
