This patch reserve and release VGA memory region.

This align with Documentation/drm/todo.rst
"Request memory regions in all fbdev drivers"

I've tested with 32bits kernel and qemu.

At some point the orig_video_isVGA field of screen_info was repurposed
for video type. Using it directly for video type check is unsafe as it can
still mean yes (1) or no-output (0) in certain configurations. I had one of those.

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all platform drivers below drivers/video/fbdev to use .remove(),
with the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

While touching these files, make indention of the struct initializer
consistent in several files.

By using bitmaps we actually support whatever size we would want, but
the console currently limits fonts to 64x128 (which gives 60x16 text on
4k screens), so we don't need more for now, and we can easily increase
later.

<title>fbdev/vga16fb: Initialize fb_ops to fbdev I/O-memory helpers</title>

Initialize the instance of struct fb_ops with fbdev initializer
macros for framebuffers in I/O address space. Set the read/write,
draw and mmap callbacks to the correct implementation and avoid
implicit defaults. Also select the necessary I/O helpers in Kconfig.

Fbdev drivers sometimes rely on the callbacks being NULL for a
default implementation to be invoked; hence requiring the I/O
helpers to be built in any case. Setting all callbacks in all
drivers explicitly will allow to make the I/O helpers optional.
This benefits systems that do not use these functions.

No functional changes.

I noticed that commit 0db5b61e0dc07 ("fbdev/vga16fb: Create
EGA/VGA devices in sysfb code") broke vga16fb on non-x86 platforms,
because the sysfb code never creates a vga-framebuffer device when
screen_info.orig_video_isVGA is set to '1' instead of VIDEO_TYPE_VGAC.

However, it turns out that the only architecture that has allowed
building vga16fb in the past 20 years is powerpc, and this only worked
on two 32-bit platforms and never on 64-bit powerpc. The last machine
that actually used this was removed in linux-3.10, so this is all dead
code and can be removed.

The big-endian support in vga16fb.c could also be removed, but I'd just
leave this in place.

The flag FBINFO_FLAG_DEFAULT is 0 and has no effect, as struct
fbinfo.flags has been allocated to zero by framebuffer_alloc(). So
do not set it.

Flags should signal differences from the default values. After cleaning
up all occurrences of FBINFO_DEFAULT, the token will be removed.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.
