Avoid a kernel crash in stifb by providing the correct pointer to the fb_info
struct. Prior to commit e2e0b838a184 ("video/sticore: Remove info field from
STI struct") the fb_info struct was at the beginning of the fb struct.

The info field in struct sti_struct was used to detect the default
display device. That test is now done with the respective Linux device
and the info field is unused. Remove it.

<title>fbdev/stifb: Allocate fb_info instance with framebuffer_alloc()</title>

Allocate stifb's instance of fb_info with framebuffer_alloc(). This
is the preferred way of creating fb_info with associated driver data
stored in struct fb_info.par. Requires several, but minor, changes
through out the driver's code.

The intended side effect of this patch is that the new instance of
struct fb_info now has its device field correctly set to the parent
device of the STI ROM. A later patch can detect if the device is the
firmware's primary output. It is also now correctly located within
the Linux device hierarchy.

<title>fbdev/stifb: Initialize fb_ops to fbdev I/O-memory helpers</title>

<content type='text'>
Initialize the instance of struct fb_ops with fbdev initializer
macros for framebuffers in I/O address space. Set the read/write,
draw and mmap callbacks to the correct implementation and avoid
implicit defaults. Also select the necessary I/O helpers in Kconfig.

Fbdev drivers sometimes rely on the callbacks being NULL for a
default implementation to be invoked; hence requiring the I/O
helpers to be built in any case. Setting all callbacks in all
drivers explicitly will allow to make the I/O helpers optional.
This benefits systems that do not use these functions.

No functional changes.

<title>sticon/parisc: Fix STI console on 64-bit only machines</title>

Fix the STI console to be able to execute either the 64-bit STI ROM code
or the 32-bit STI ROM code.

This is necessary on 64-bit only machines (e.g. C8000 workstation) which
otherwise won't show the STI text console with HP graphic cards like
Visualize-FX5/FX10/FXe.

Note that when calling 32-bit code from a 64-bit kernel one needs to
copy contents on the CPU stack from high memory down below the 4GB
limit.

Update the names of the fb_mem*() helpers to be consistent with their
regular counterparts. Hence, fb_memset() now becomes fb_memset_io(),
fb_memcpy_fromfb() now becomes fb_memcpy_fromio() and fb_memcpy_tofb()
becomes fb_memcpy_toio(). No functional changes.
