Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. Now that the fbops member of struct fb_info is const, we can start making the ops const as well. This does not cover all drivers; some actually modify the fbops struct, for example to adjust for different configurations, and others do more involved things that I'd rather not touch in practically obsolete drivers. video: sa1100fb: Remove cpufreq policy notifier

The cpufreq policy notifier's CPUFREQ_ADJUST notification is going to get removed soon. The notifier callback sa1100fb_freq_policy() isn't doing anything apart from printing a debug message on CPUFREQ_ADJUST notification.
