Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS (for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family functions). As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct mmphw_ctrl. Set struct fb_ops and with FB_DEFAULT_IOMEM_OPS, fbdev's initializer for I/O memory. Sets the callbacks to the cfb_ and fb_io_ functions. Select the correct modules with Kconfig's FB_IOMEM_HELPERS token. The flag FBINFO_DEFAULT is 0 and has no effect, as struct fbinfo.flags has been allocated to zero by framebuffer_alloc(). So do not set it. Flags should signal differences from the default values. When dev_err_probe() is called, 'ret' holds the value of the previous successful devm_request_irq() call. 'ret' should be assigned with a meaningful value before being used in dev_err_probe(). While at it, use and return "PTR_ERR(ctrl->clk)" instead of a hard-coded "-ENOENT" so that -EPROBE_DEFER is handled and propagated correctly. video: fbdev: mmp: replace usage of found with dedicated list iterator variable

To move the list iterator variable into the list_for_each_entry_*() macro in the future it should be avoided to use the list iterator variable after the loop body. To *never* use the list iterator variable after the loop it was concluded to use a separate iterator variable instead of a found boolean [1]. This removes the need to use a found variable and simply checking if the variable was set, can determine if the break/goto was hit. When possible use dev_err_probe help to properly deal with the PROBE_DEFER error, the benefit is that DEFER issue will be logged in the devices_deferred debugfs file.
