USB: UAS: introduce a quirk to set no_write_same

commit 8010622c86ca5bb44bc98492f5968726fc7c7a21 upstream. UAS does not share the pessimistic assumption storage is making that devices cannot deal with WRITE_SAME. A few devices supported by UAS, are reported to not deal well with WRITE_SAME. Those need a quirk. Add it to the device that needs it. Reported-by: David C. The SCSI layer can go into an ugly loop if you ignore that a device is gone. You need to report an error in the command rather than in the return value of the queue method. We need to specifically check for ENODEV. The issue goes back to the introduction of the driver. The PSZ-HA* family of USB disk drives from Sony can't handle the REPORT OPCODES command when using the UAS protocol. This patch adds an appropriate quirks entry. This device does not support UAS properly and a similar entry already exists in drivers/usb/storage/unusual_uas.h. Without this patch, storage_probe() defers the handling of this device to UAS, which cannot handle it either. usb: uas: Add quirk for PNY Pro Elite

PNY Pro Elite USB 3.1 Gen 2 device (SSD) doesn't respond to ATA_12 pass-through command (i.e. it just hangs). If it doesn't support this command, it should respond properly to the host. Let's just add a quirk to be able to move forward with other operations. Using uninitialized_var() is dangerous as it papers over real bugs[1] (or can in the future), and suppresses unrelated compiler warnings (e.g. "unused variable"). If the compiler thinks it is uninitialized, either simply initialize the variable or make compiler changes.
