When multiple DWC3 controllers are being used, trace events from
different instances get mixed up making debugging difficult as
there's no way to distinguish which instance generated the trace.

Use the register base address of dwc3 controller and append it to
trace events, so that the source instance is clearly identifiable.

Example trace output,
before -&gt;  dwc3_event: event (00000101): Reset [U0]
after  -&gt;  dwc3_event: 0x000000000a600000: event (00000101): Reset [U0]

Changes to the port capability can be indirectly observed by tracing
register writes to DWC3_GCTL. However, this requires interpreting the
raw value, which is neither intuitive nor precise for debugging.
Monitoring these mode changes is essential for resolving issues related
to USB role switching and enumeration.

Introduce a dedicated trace event to provide a human-readable log when
the port capability is configured.

<title>tracing/treewide: Remove second parameter of __assign_str()</title>

With the rework of how the __string() handles dynamic strings where it
saves off the source string in field in the helper structure[1], the
assignment of that value to the trace event field is stored in the helper
value and does not need to be passed in again.

This means that with:

  __string(field, mystring)

Which use to be assigned with __assign_str(field, mystring), no longer
needs the second parameter and it is unused. With this, __assign_str()
will now only get a single parameter.

There's over 700 users of __assign_str() and because coccinelle does not
handle the TRACE_EVENT() macro I ended up using the following sed script:

  git grep -l __assign_str | while read a ; do
      sed -e 's/\(__assign_str([^,]*[^ ,]\) *,[^;]*/\1)/' $a &gt; /tmp/test-file;
      mv /tmp/test-file $a;
  done

I then searched for __assign_str() that did not end with ';' as those
were multi line assignments that the sed script above would fail to catch.

Note, the same updates will need to be done for:

  __assign_str_len()
  __assign_rel_str()
  __assign_rel_str_len()

I tested this with both an allmodconfig and an allyesconfig (build only for both).

Having the Start of Frame Number in the trace data is useful for debugging.
This patch adds the (micro)frame number in which the last packet of the
TRB's buffer was transmitted or received to the trace output.

Commit 0bd0f6d201eb ("usb: dwc3: gadget: remove allocated/queued request
tracking") removed the allocated &amp; queued fields from struct dwc3_ep
but neglected to also remove them from the dwc3_log_trb event class's
TP_STRUCT definition which are now unused. Remove them to save eight
bytes per trace event entry.

<title>usb: dwc3: fix incorrect kernel-doc comment syntax in files</title>

The opening comment mark '/**' is used for highlighting the beginning of
kernel-doc comments.
There are certain files in drivers/usb/dwc3, which follow this syntax,
but the content inside does not comply with kernel-doc.
Such lines were probably not meant for kernel-doc parsing, but are parsed
due to the presence of kernel-doc like comment syntax(i.e, '/**'), which
causes unexpected warnings from kernel-doc.

E.g., presence of kernel-doc like comment in drivers/usb/dwc3/io.h at
header causes this warnings by kernel-doc:
"warning: expecting prototype for h(). Prototype was for __DRIVERS_USB_DWC3_IO_H() instead"

Similarly for other files too.

Provide a simple fix by replacing such occurrences with general comment
format, i.e. '/*', to prevent kernel-doc from parsing it.

Currently dwc3 only prints the virtual address of a register when doing
register read/write. However, these hashed addresses are difficult to read.
Also, since we use %p, we may get some useless (___ptrval___) prints if the
address is not randomized enough. Let's include the register offset to help
read the register read and write tracepoints.

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
            If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
