serial: msm: Configure correct working mode before starting earlycon

The MSM UART DM controller supports different working modes, e.g. DMA or the "single-character mode", where all reads/writes operate on a single character rather than 4 chars (32-bit) at once. When using earlycon, __msm_console_write() always writes 4 characters at a time, but we don't know which mode the bootloader was using and we don't set the mode either. This causes garbled output if the bootloader was using the single-character mode, because only every 4th character appears in the serial console, e.g. "[ 00oni pi 000xf0[ 00i s 5rm9(l)l s 1 1 SPMTA 7:C 5[ 00A ade k d[ 00ano:ameoi .Q1B[ 00ac _idaM00080oo'" If the bootloader was using the DMA ("DM") mode, output would likely fail entirely. Later, when the full serial driver probes, the port is re-initialized and output works as expected. Fix this also for earlycon by clearing the DMEN register and reset+re-enable the transmitter to apply the change. This ensures the transmitter is in the expected state before writing any output. serial: msm: Rename UART_* defines to MSM_UART_*

Using UART_* to name defines is a bit problematic. When trying to do unrelated cleanup which also involved tweaking header inclusion logic, caused UART_CSR from serial_reg.h to leak into msm's namespace which is also among msm defines. Thus, rename all UART_* ones to MSM_UART_* to eliminate possibility of collisions. __msm_console_write() assumes that interrupts are disabled, but with threaded console printers it is possible that the write() callback of the console is called with interrupts enabled. Explicitly disable interrupts using local_irq_save() to preserve the assumed context. dmaengine: qcom-adm: stop abusing slave_id config

The slave_id was previously used to pick one DMA slave instead of another, but this is now done through the DMA descriptors in device tree. For the qcom_adm driver, the configuration is documented in the DT binding to contain a tuple of device identifier and a "crci" field, but the implementation ends up using only a single cell for identifying the slave, with the crci getting passed in nonstandard properties of the device, and passed through the dma driver using the old slave_id field. Part of the problem apparently is that the nand driver ends up using only a single DMA request ID, but requires distinct values for "crci" depending on the type of transfer. Change both the dmaengine driver and the two slave drivers to allow the documented binding to work in addition to the ad-hoc passing of crci values. In order to no longer abuse the slave_id field, pass the data using the "peripheral_config" mechanism instead.
