For years we've been carrying legacy omap-serial in addition to
8250_omap driver and 8250_omap should be used instead.

Let's finally start planning on removing omap-serial by first not
building it if 8250_omap is selected to save some memory.

The defconfigs have switched over to using 8250_omap, and we have
a fixup in place for the the serial console since commit 00648d0282dc
("tty: serial: 8250: omap: add ttySx console if the user didn't").
So people updating their systems without omap-serial will see
boot time warnings on what is going on.

This reverts commit b61c8bf4694b5115766849378dcb8787ff54e65e. It never
made it to a public mailing list and still needs some work based on the
review comments. So revert it for now.

Most litex boards using RISC-V soft cores us the sbi earlycon, however
this is not available for non RISC-V litex SoC's. This patch enables
earlycon for liteuart which is available on all Litex SoC's making
support for earycon debugging more widely available.

Allow more drivers to be compile tested more easily, for example, when
doing subsystem-wide changes.

Verified on X86_64 as well as arm, powerpc and m68k with minimal configs
in order to catch missing implicit build dependencies (e.g. MAILBOX for
SERIAL_TEGRA_TCU).

Apple SoCs are a distant descendant of Samsung designs and use yet
another variant of their UART style, with different interrupt handling.

In particular, this variant has the following differences with existing
ones:

* It includes a built-in interrupt controller with different registers,
using only a single platform IRQ

* Internal interrupt sources are treated as edge-triggered, even though
the IRQ output is level-triggered. This chiefly affects the TX IRQ
path: the driver can no longer rely on the TX buffer empty IRQ
immediately firing after TX is enabled, but instead must prime the
 FIFO with data directly.

When SERIAL_IMX_EARLYCON is enabled, and SERIAL_CORE is disabled,
Kbuild gives the following warning:

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for SERIAL_EARLYCON
 Depends on [n]: TTY [=y] && HAS_IOMEM [=y] && SERIAL_CORE [=n]
 Selected by [y]:
 - SERIAL_IMX_EARLYCON [=y] && TTY [=y] && HAS_IOMEM [=y] && (ARCH_MXC [=y] || COMPILE_TEST [=n]) && OF [=y]

This is because SERIAL_IMX_EARLYCON selects SERIAL_EARLYCON,
without selecting SERIAL_CORE, despite that config option depending
on SERIAL_CORE.

Intel Moorestown and Medfield are quite old Intel Atom based
32-bit platforms, which were in limited use in some Android phones,
tablets and consumer electronics more than eight years ago.

There are no bugs or problems ever reported outside from Intel
for breaking any of that platforms for years. It seems no real
users exists who run more or less fresh kernel on it. The commit
05f4434bc130 ("ASoC: Intel: remove mfld_machine") also in align
with this theory.

Due to above and to reduce a burden of supporting outdated drivers
we remove the support of outdated platforms completely.
