Clean up the existing export namespace code along the same lines of commit 33def8498fdd ("treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo) to __section("foo")") and for the same reason, it is not desired for the namespace argument to be a macro expansion itself. This structure is used to copy information from the 'sdw_slave' structures, it's better to create a flexible array of 'sdw_slave' pointers and directly access the information. This will also help access additional information stored in the 'sdw_slave' structure, such as an SDCA context. This patch does not add new functionality, it only modified how the information is retrieved. As sdw pads enable sequence is executed only once, invoke it from probe sequence. Program required pads for both manager instances based on link_mask during probe sequence. This will avoid acquiring mutex lock. Remove unnecessary delay after programming ACP_SW_PAD_KEEPER_EN register.
