[ Upstream commit 63e72e551942642c48456a4134975136cdcb9b3c ] In the error handling for this function, d is freed without ever removing it from intc_list which would lead to a use after free. To fix this, let's only add it to the list after everything has succeeded. sh: intc: Replace simple_strtoul() with kstrtoul()

The function simple_strtoul() performs no error checking in scenarios where the input value overflows the intended output variable. We can replace the use of simple_strtoul() with the safer alternative kstrtoul(). This also allows us to print an error message in case of failure. Now that the driver core can properly handle constant struct bus_type, move the make intc_subsys variable to be a constant structure as well, placing it into read-only memory which can not be modified at runtime. genirq: Add and use an irq_data_update_affinity helper

Some architectures and irqchip drivers modify the cpumask returned by irq_data_get_affinity_mask, usually by copying in to it. This is problematic for uniprocessor configurations, where the affinity mask should be constant, as it is known at compile time. Add and use a setter for the affinity mask, following the pattern of irq_data_update_effective_affinity. This allows the getter function to return a const cpumask pointer. Instead of playing games with using irq_create_identity_mapping() and irq_domain_associate(), drop the use of the former and only use the latter, together with the allocation of the irq_desc as needed.
