scsi: sun_esp: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. Except for the mac_esp driver, which uses PIO or pseudo DMA, all drivers share the same dma mapping calls. Move the dma mapping into the core code using the scsi_dma_map / scsi_dma_unmap helpers, with a special identify mapping variant triggered off a new ESP_FLAG_NO_DMA_MAP flag for mac_esp. esp->dev is a void pointer that points either to a struct device, or a struct platform_device. As we can easily get from the device to the platform_device if needed change it to always point to a struct device and properly type the pointer to avoid errors.
