[ Upstream commit 708e2371f77a9d3f2f1d54d1ec835d71b9d0dafe ] Reinstate the rotational media flag for the CD-ROM driver. The flag has been cleared since commit bd4a633b6f7c ("block: move the nonrot flag to queue_limits") and this breaks some applications. Move queue limit configuration from get_sectorsize() to sr_revalidate_disk() and set the rotational flag. sr: convert to the atomic queue limits API

Assign all queue limits through a local queue_limits variable and queue_limits_commit_update so that we can't race updating them from multiple places, and free the queue when updating them so that in-progress I/O submissions don't see half-updated limits. scsi: sr: Have midlayer retry get_sectorsize() errors

This has get_sectorsize() have the SCSI midlayer retry errors instead of driving them itself. There is one behavior change where we no longer retry when scsi_execute_cmd() returns < 0, but we should be ok. We don't need to retry for failures like the queue being removed, and for the case where there are no tags/reqs the block layer waits/retries for us. For possible memory allocation failures from blk_rq_map_kern() we use GFP_NOIO, so retrying will probably not help. scsi: sr: Fix sshdr use in sr_get_events

If scsi_execute_cmd returns < 0, it doesn't initialize the sshdr, so we shouldn't access the sshdr. If it returns 0, then the cmd executed successfully, so there is no need to check the sshdr. This has us access the sshdr when we get a return value > 0. block: replace fmode_t with a block-specific type for block open flags

The only overlap between the block open flags mapped into the fmode_t and other uses of fmode_t are FMODE_READ and FMODE_WRITE. Define a new blk_mode_t instead for use in blkdev_get_by_{dev,path}, ->open and ->ioctl and stop abusing fmode_t.
