The atomic write enable module param is "atomic_wr", and not
"atomic_write", so fix the module param description.

Uninitialized pointers with '__free' attribute can cause undefined
behaviour as the memory assigned(randomly) to the pointer is freed
automatically when the pointer goes out of scope

scsi doesn't have any bugs related to this as of now, but it is better
to initialize and assign pointers with '__free' attr in one statement to
ensure proper scope-based cleanup

Add a .queue_reserved_command() implementation and call it from the code
path that aborts SCSI commands. This ensures that the code for
allocating a pseudo SCSI device and also the code for allocating and
processing reserved commands gets triggered while running blktests.

Most of the code in this patch is a modified version of code from John

Don't populate the read-only arrays on the stack at run time, instead
make them static const. Also reduces overall size.

In the past %pK was preferable to %p as it would not leak raw pointer
values into the kernel log.  Since commit ad67b74d2469 ("printk: hash
addresses printed with %p") the regular %p has been improved to avoid
this issue.  Furthermore, restricted pointers ("%pK") were never meant to
be used through printk(). They can still unintentionally leak raw
pointers or acquire sleeping locks in atomic contexts.

Switch to the regular pointer formatting which is safer and easier to
reason about.

The default atomic write max length in DEF_ATOMIC_WR_MAX_LENGTH is
excessively large.

For 512B LBS, we would get a 4MB max, but due to block layer atomic write
restrictions this is limited to 512KB.

Reduce DEF_ATOMIC_WR_MAX_LENGTH to a value which would be more realistic
(for a real device supporting atomic writes), 64KB.
