Instead of passing a fmode_t and only checking it for FMODE_WRITE, pass a bool open_for_write to prepare for callers that won't have the fmode_t. driver core: class: remove module * from class_create()

The module pointer in class_create() never actually did anything, and it shouldn't have been requred to be set as a parameter even if it did something.
