If the PWM is exported but not enabled, do not call pwm_class_apply_state().
First of all, in this case, period may still be unconfigured and this would
make pwm_class_apply_state() return -EINVAL, and then suspend would fail.
Second, it makes little sense to apply state onto PWM that is not enabled
before suspend.

While the uses in this code are unproblematic, it's generally safer for
sysfs outputs to use the new sysfs_emit() helper instead of raw calls to
sprintf() and friends. This also has the benefit of annotating the uses,
which makes them easier to audit and potentially use them to generate
sysfs documentation from them.

This patch replaces existing sprintf() calls straightforwardly with the
new helper.

Using these newer macros allows the compiler to remove the unused
structure and functions when !CONFIG_PM_SLEEP + removes the need to
mark pm functions __maybe_unused.

PWM core was converted to u64 by the commit a9d887dc1c60 ("pwm: Convert
period and duty cycle to u64") but did not change the duty_cycle_store()
so it will error out if trying to pass a numeric string bigger than
2^32-1.

Fix this by using u64 and kstrtou64() in duty_cycle_store().

Because period and duty cycle are defined as ints with units of
nanoseconds, the maximum time duration that can be set is limited to
~2.147 seconds. Change their definitions to u64 in the structs of the
PWM framework so that higher durations may be set.

Also use the right format specifiers in debug prints in both core.c,
pwm-stm32-lp.c as well as video/fbdev/ssd1307fb.c.

According to the Documentation/pwm.txt, all PWM consumers should have
power management. Since this sysfs interface is one of consumers so that
this patch adds suspend/resume support.

This patch fixes deadlock warning if removing PWM device
when CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING is enabled.

This issue can be reproceduced by the following steps on

The sysfs unexport in pwmchip_remove() is completely asymmetric
to what we do in pwmchip_add_with_polarity() and commit 0733424c9ba9
("pwm: Unexport children before chip removal") is a strong indication
that this was wrong to begin with. We should just move
pwmchip_sysfs_unexport() where it belongs, which is right after
pwmchip_sysfs_unexport_children(). In that case, we do not need
separate functions anymore either.

We also really want to remove sysfs irrespective of whether or not
the chip will be removed as a result of pwmchip_remove(). We can only
assume that the driver will be gone after that, so we shouldn't leave
any dangling sysfs files around.

This warning disappears if we move pwmchip_sysfs_unexport() to
the top of pwmchip_remove(), pwmchip_sysfs_unexport_children().
That way it is also outside of the pwm_lock section, which indeed
doesn't seem to be needed.

Moving the pwmchip_sysfs_export() call outside of that section also
seems fine and it'd be perfectly symmetric with pwmchip_remove() again.

So, this patch fixes them.
