<title>powerpc/ps3: make system bus's remove and shutdown callbacks return void</title>

The driver core ignores the return value of struct device_driver::remove
because there is only little that can be done. For the shutdown callback
it's ps3_system_bus_shutdown() which ignores the return value.

To simplify the quest to make struct device_driver::remove return void,
let struct ps3_system_bus_driver::remove return void, too. All users
already unconditionally return 0, this commit makes it obvious that
returning an error code is a bad idea and ensures future users behave
accordingly.

<title>powerpc: Remove all usages of NO_IRQ</title>

NO_IRQ has been == 0 on powerpc for just over ten years (since commit
0ebfff1491ef ("[POWERPC] Add new interrupt mapping core and change
platforms to use it")). It's also 0 on most other arches.

Although it's fairly harmless, every now and then it causes confusion
when a driver is built on powerpc and another arch which doesn't define
NO_IRQ. There's at least 6 definitions of NO_IRQ in drivers/, at least
some of which are to work around that problem.

So we'd like to remove it. This is fairly trivial in the arch code, we
just convert:

if (irq == NO_IRQ)	to	if (!irq)
if (irq != NO_IRQ)	to	if (irq)
    irq = NO_IRQ;	to	irq = 0;
    return NO_IRQ;	to	return 0;

And a few other odd cases as well.

At least for now we keep the #define NO_IRQ, because there is driver
code that uses NO_IRQ and the fixes to remove those will go via other
trees.

Note we also change some occurrences in PPC sound drivers, drivers/ps3,
and drivers/macintosh.

On the unlikely event that drv is null, the current code will
perform a null pointer dereference with it when printing a dev_dbg
message. Instead, the BUG_ON check on drv should be performed
before we emit the dev_dbg message.

<title>ps3-vuart: don't use PREPARE_WORK</title>

PREPARE_[DELAYED_]WORK() are being phased out. They have few users
and a nasty surprise in terms of reentrancy guarantee as workqueue
considers work items to be different if they don't have the same work
function.

ps3_vuart wasn't overriding the work item with multiple work functions
but was using NULL for INIT_WORK() and then single PREPARE_WORK() to
set the work function. We can simply invoke INIT_WORK() with the work
function and remove the PREPARE_WORK() usage.

It would probably be best to route this with other related updates
through the workqueue tree.

Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).

So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.
