Use syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle_args() which is a wrapper over syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle() combined with getting the syscon argument. Except simpler code this annotates within one line that given phandle has arguments, so grepping for code would be easier. There is also no real benefit in printing errors on missing syscon argument, because this is done just too late: runtime check on static/build-time data. Dtschema and Devicetree bindings offer the static/build-time check for this already. The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. Since commit 8b41fc4454e ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message. So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as modules.
