The xlate callbacks are supposed to translate of_phandle_args to proper provider without modifying the of_phandle_args. Make the argument pointer to const for code safety and readability. pmdomain: xilinx/zynqmp: Convert to platform remove callback returning void

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove(). Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant. pmdomain: Rename the genpd subsystem to pmdomain

It has been pointed out that naming a subsystem "genpd" isn't very self-explanatory and the acronym itself that means Generic PM Domain, is known only by a limited group of people. In a way to improve the situation, let's rename the subsystem to pmdomain, which ideally should indicate that this is about so called Power Domains or "PM domains" as we often also use within the Linux Kernel terminology.
