<title>pinctrl: uniphier: Annotate struct uniphier_pinctrl_reg_region with __counted_by</title>

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by
attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have
their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS
(for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family
functions).

As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct uniphier_pinctrl_reg_region.

Do not imply that some of the generic headers may be always included.
Instead, include explicitly what we are direct user of.

While at it, sort headers alphabetically.

Current pinmux group for audio in/out assumes 4ch I2S case but the
UniPhier AIO hardware also supports 1ch and 2ch I2S. So divide current
ain1 group into ain1, ain1_dat2 and ain1_dat4 groups. Divide other
ain and aout in the same way.

<title>pinctrl: uniphier: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member</title>

<id>urn:sha1:aa0ed0d00f1d33d179cb531766176cf6b2a03934</id>

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

struct foo {
        int stuff;
        struct boo array[];
};

By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.

Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:

"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]

This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.
